Therefore the knowledge about its residue is necessary. In this research the effect of storage time on dissipation rate of imidacloprid residues in strawberry was studied. Imidacloprid (SC 35) was applied to strawberry plants at the rate of 1ml/l. The sample preparing was performed using the QuEchERS method including the extraction with acetonitrile and purification by Dispersive solid phase Extraction clean-up. Analysis of the residues was performed using HPLC method equipped with a UV detector. The Instrumental Detection Limit (IDL) was 0.12 μgml−1. The average recovery was 94.80%. The data were fitted to the first-order and bi-exponential kinetic models. According to the results first-order kinetics model was the best model to describe the dissipation rate of imidacloprid residues in strawberry. Half-life for degradation of imidacloprid in strawberry at 4-5 ° C was observed to be 10.48 day using the first-order kinetics model. The residue at the application day of the insecticide  was 5.31 mg/kg, 10.62 fold higher than the maximum residue limit (MRL) for imidacloprid in strawberries (0.5 mg/kg) given by the Codex Alimentarius food. After 20 days, the residue (3.36 mg/kg) still was higher than the MRL.  Accordingly, although refrigerated storage increases the durability of the fruit but it reduces the dissipation rate as well.  }, keywords = {high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC),QuEChERS,Kinetic Model}, title_fa = {باقی‌ماندة حشره‌کش ایمیداکلوپرید در توت‌فرنگی گلخانه‌ای در شرایط نگهداری در یخچال}, abstract_fa = {ایمیداکلوپرید از جمله حشره‌کش‌های رایج برای آفات مکنده در گلخانه‌ها است و به همین دلیل اطلاع از باقی‌ماندة آن روی محصولات ضروری است. در این پژوهش تأثیر مدت زمان انبارمانی بر روند کاهش باقی‌ماندة حشره‌کش ایمیداکلوپرید در میوۀ توت‌فرنگی بررسی شد. سم‌پاشی بوته‌های توت‌فرنگی با محلول ایمیداکلوپرید (SC35) با غلظت یک در هزار انجام گرفت. آماده‌سازی نمونه به روش QuEChERS انجام شد که شامل استخراج باقی‌ماندة آفت‌کش با استونیتریل و خالص‌سازی با استفاده از فاز جامد پخش‌شونده بود. برای اندازه‌گیری باقی‌ماندة ایمیداکلوپرید در نمونۀ‌ استخراج‌شده از دستگاه کروماتوگرافی مایع با کارایی بالا (HPLC) مجهز به آشکارساز فرابنفش (UV) استفاده شد. حد تشخیص دستگاهی 12/0 میکروگرم بر میلی‌لیتر بود و میانگین بازیابی روش 80/94 درصد محاسبه شد. داده‌ها در دو مدل کینتیکی، مرتبۀ اول و دونمایی برازش داده شد. نتایج نشان داد بهترین مدل برای توصیف روند کاهشی ایمیداکلوپرید مدل کینتیک مرتبۀ اول است. نیمه‌عمر ایمیداکلوپرید در دمای 4-5 درجۀ سلسیوس 48/10 روز محاسبه گردید. میزان باقی‌ماندة حشره‌کش ایمیداکلوپرید در اولین روز پس از سم‌پاشی در این محصول 31/5 میلی‌گرم بر کیلوگرم اندازه‌گیری شد که این مقدار 62/10 برابر بیشتر از حداکثر غلظت باقی‌ماندة مجاز برای این حشره‌کش در توت‌فرنگی (5/0 میلی‌گرم بر کیلوگرم) تعیین‌شده توسط سازمان کدکس غذایی است. میزان باقی‌ماندة حشره‌کش ایمیداکلوپرید در میوۀ توت‌فرنگی پس از 20 روز انبارمانی نیز 36/3 برابر (68/1 میلی‌گرم بر کیلوگرم) حد مجاز بود. بر این اساس، اگرچه نگهداری در یخچال ماندگاری میوه را بیشتر می‌کند، اما روند کاهش باقی‌مانده بسیار کند می‌شود.}, keywords_fa = {کچرز,کروماتوگرافی مایع با کارایی بالا,مدل‌ کینتیکی}, url = {https://ijpps.ut.ac.ir/article_53508.html}, eprint = {https://ijpps.ut.ac.ir/article_53508_5b25245fe5bca0b99c0e3b9e9b8c1d23.pdf} }
