The effect of water pH on the efficacy of insecticides on second instar nymph of Bemisia tabaci was determined by leaf dip method. The experiment was conducted with deionized and standard water at 4 pH levels 4, 6, 7, 9 and three insecticides as malathion, acetamiprid and spiromesifen. Based on LC50 values, there was a significant difference between the toxicity of insecticides at different pH levels. All pesticides were less effective at pH 9 compared to other pH levels. The lethal dose ratio LC50 of standard to deionized water for malathion at pH 6, acetamiprid and spiromesifen at pH 7 was statistically different. The toxicity of insecticides was affected by water type at the mentioned pH levels. Malathion performance in deionized water at pH 6 was 2.82 times higher than standard at the same pH. For acetamiprid was observed that toxicity in deionized water at pH 7 was 2.55 fold more than standard. The results also revealed that spiromesifen in deionized water with pH 7 and 6 has exhibited 2.1 and 1.85 times better efficacy compared to the same pH levels in standard D. Overall, this study showed that experimental insecticides in a specific pH have a relevant effect on Bemisia tabaci.}, keywords = {water quality factor,water pH,deionized and standard water,lethal dose ratio}, title_fa = {تاثیر سطوح مختلف اسیدیته آب دیونیزه و استاندارد بر کارایی سه حشره‌کش‌ روی سفید بالک پنبه Bemisia tabaci.}, abstract_fa = {اسیدیته آب یک ویژگی مهم است که می‌تواند بر کارایی آفت‌کش‌ها تاثیر بگذارد. اسیدیته اسیدی یا قلیایی آب روی حلالیت، جذب، فعالیت زیستی یا هیدرولیز ملکول آفت‌کش اثر منفی دارد. اثر اسیدیته آب بر کارایی حشره‌کش‌ها در کنترل پوره سن دوم سفیدبالک پنبه Bemisia tabaci با استفاده از روش غوطه وری برگ تعیین شد. آزمایش با آب دیونیزه و استاندارد در چهار سطح اسیدیته 4، 6، 7 و 9 و سه حشره‌کش مالاتیون، استامی‌پرید و اسپیرومسیفن انجام شد. بر اساس مقادیر LC50 برآورد شده بین سمیت حشره‌کش‌ها در سطوح مختلف اسیدیته آب اختلاف معنی‌داری وجود داشت. کارایی آفت‌کش‌ها در اسیدیته 9 در مقایسه با 6 و 7 کمتر بود. نسبت دز کشنده LC50 آب استاندارد به آب دیونیزه برای مالاتیون در اسیدیته 6 و استامی‌پرید و اسپیرومسیفن در اسیدیته 7 تفاوت معنی‌دار آماری داشت. به عبارتی سمیت حشره‌کش‌ها در این اسیدیته‌ها، تحت تاثیر نوع آب قرار گرفت. عملکرد مالاتیون در اسیدیته 6 آب دیونیزه 82/2 بار بیشتر از آب استاندارد در همین سطح اسیدیته بود. برای استامی‌پرید در اسیدیته 7 آب دیونیزه، سمیت 55/2 برابر بیشتر از آب استاندارد مشاهده شد. نتایج همچنین مشخص نمود اسپیرومسیفن در آب دیونیزه با اسیدیته 7 و 6 به ترتیب 1/2 و 85/1 بار عملکرد بهتری در مقایسه با همین سطوح اسیدیته در آب استاندارد نشان داده است. نتایج کلی نشان داد آفت‌کش‌های مورد آزمایش در یک اسیدیته مشخص عملکرد مطلوب‌تری روی سفیدبالک پنبه داشته‌اند.}, keywords_fa = {ویژگی کیفی,اسیدیته آب,آب دیونیزه و استاندارد,نسبت دز کشنده}, url = {https://ijpps.ut.ac.ir/article_83252.html}, eprint = {https://ijpps.ut.ac.ir/article_83252_dfc15a9aa678ea85b44de507ef00737e.pdf} }
