ارزیابی سمیت تنفسی و اثر رفتاری اسانس نعنا و رزماری در سوسک چهار نقطهای حبوبات
< p>سوسک چهار نقطهای حبوبات از آفات مهم حبوبات در مزرعه و انبار است که خسارت زیادی وارد میکند. اسانس گیاهان جایگزین مناسبی برای بسیاری از سموم در کنترل آفات هستند. در این مطالعه پاسخ رفتاری حشرات کامل تازه ظاهر شده سوسک چهار نقطهای حبوبات به سمیت تنفسی دو اسانس نعنا و رزماری مقایسه شد و تفاوت نحوه تاثیر آنها با توجه به ترکیبات تشکیل دهنده مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. تغییرات رفتاری حشرات تحت تاثیر تیمار با اسانس بررسی و مرگ و میر حشرات طی 24 ساعت پس از تیمار، هر دو ساعت یک بار، بدون باز کردن درب پتری دیش شمارش شد. نتایج نشان داد که سمیت هر دو اسانس از لحاظ آماری یکسان بود؛ ولی نوع رفتار حشره قبل از مرگ برای اسانس نعنا و رزماری تفاوت داشت. برخلاف اسانس نعنا، حشراتی که در معرض اسانس رزماری قرار گرفتند، علائم برانگیختگی بیش از حد، باز شدن بالهای رویی و زیری، لرزش و تشنج منتهی به مرگ مشهود بود. با توجه به نتایج تحقیق، هر دو اسانس خاصیت حشره کشی قوی روی سوسک چهار نقطهای داشتند، اما با توجه به علائم مرگ و میر به نظر میرسد که اسانس رزماری میتواند با تاثیر روی گیرندههای گابا از یک طرف و مهار آنزیم استیل کولین استراز از طرف دیگر، بر سامانه عصبی اثر گذاشته و سبب مرگ حشره شود، ولی تحت تاثیر اسانس نعنا مرگ حشره بدون علائم خاصی رخ داد که نیاز به تحقیق بیشتر در خصوص نحوه اثر اسانس بر روی این حشره است.

مقایسه کارایی جلب کنندههای مختلف در شکار مگس جالیز Dacus ciliatus (Diptera: Tephritidae) در شهر کرمانشاه
مگس جالیز،Dacus ciliatus ، یکی از مهمترین آفات گیاهان جالیزی است که لارو با تغذیه از میوه آن را غیر قابل استفاده میکند. اثر جلبکنندگی ملاس چغندرقند، پروتئین هیدرولیزات، استات آمونیوم، سرکه سیب، مخمر جو (با غلظت پنج درصد)، محرک غذایی آمونیا و فرومون جنسی مگس جالیز، با استفاده از تله مکفیل در یک مزرعه خیار در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با چهار تکرار در سال 1397 بررسی شد. تلهها روی پایههای چوبی به ارتفاع یک متر آویزان شده و حشرات شکار شده هفتگی شمارش شدند. نتایج نشان داد که ملاس چغندرقند، پروتئین هیدرولیزات، مخمر جو، استات آمونیوم، فرومون مگس جالیز، سرکه سیب و محرک غذایی آمونیا به ترتیب در جلب حشرات بالغ بیشترین تاثیر را داشتند. بالاترین میزان شکار حشرات غیر هدف از راستههای Diptera، Lepidoptera، Hymenoptera، Coleoptera و Thysanoptera در تیمار مخمر جو مشاهده شد. کمترین میزان شکار حشرات غیر هدف در تیمارهای، فرومون مگس جالیز (15/0 ± 98/0)، محرک غذایی آمونیا (17/0 ± 03/1) و استات آمونیوم (25/0 ± 17/1) دیده شد اما تفاوت معنیدار آماری بین این تیمارها وجود نداشت. نوسانات جمعیت حشرات بالغ مگس جالیز در تیمارها و تاریخهای مختلف نمونه برداری الگوی متفاوتی را نشان داد. بیشترین و کمترین فراوانی جمعیت در ماههای مهر و تیر با میانگین شکار هفتگی 3/36 و 5/0 مگس بالغ ثبت شد. بطور کلی ملاس چغندرقند، پروتئین هیدرولیزات و مخمر جو با غلظت پنج درصد به عنوان تیمارهایی با کارایی بالاتر و اقتصادی برای جلب و کنترل مگس جالیز در مزرعه خیار پیشنهاد میشوند.

تاثیرات دز زیرکشنده ایمیداکلوپرید بر واکنش پذیری زنبور عسل معمولیApis mellifera
ایمیداکلوپرید حشرهکشی از گروه نئونیکوتینوئیدها که برای کنترل آفات کشاورزی به طور گسترده مورد استفاده قرار میگیرد. این حشرهکش میتواند علاوه بر تاثیر بر روی حشرات آفت روی حشرات مفید از جمله زنبور عسل (Apis mellifera) تاثیر بگذارد. از آنجایی که یادگیری و حافظه، نقش مهمی در رفتار و ارتباط اجتماعی زنبور عسل دارد، هدف از این تحقیق بررسی یادگیری و حافظه زنبورهای عسل تیمارشده با دز زیرکشنده ایمیداکلوپرید با استفاده از روش واکنش انبساط خرطوم در شرایط کنترل شده آزمایشگاهی بود. در این آزمایش زنبور عسل در پاسخ به تحریک شاخک با ساکارز خرطوم خود را باز میکند. دادههای حاصل از این تحقیق نشان داد که تیمار گوارشی زنبور عسل با این حشرهکش بر مصرف آب، شربت غیرآلوده، و واکنشپذیری به آب، تاثیری نگذاشت. اما سبب کاهش عملکرد یادگیری، حافظه بویایی، بینایی، و واکنش پذیری به غلظتهای مختلف ساکارز شد. نتایج ما نشان میدهد که تغییرات ایجاد شده توسط دز زیر کشنده ایمیداکلوپرید روی زنبور عسل معمولی برفعالیت واکنش پذیری آنها اثر گذاشته، که منجر به اختلال در رفتار چراگری شده و در نهایت سبب کاهش سلامت کلنی میشود

جمعآوری و تعیین ویژگی جدایههای ایرانی ویروس چندوجهی هستهای کرم غوزه پنبه Helicoverpa armigera Single Nucleopolyhedro virus (HearSNPV) بر مبنای ژن پلیهدرین (polh)
استفاده از روشهای مبتنی بر اسیدنوکلئیک در شناسایی ویروسها به دلیل ساختار کوچک ژنومی آنها و تفاوتهای جزئی در سطح نوکلئوتید بین جدایهها یا استرینها، از اهمیت زیادی برخوردار است. در پژوهش حاضر، لاروهای مرده و/یا بیمار از مزارع گوجهفرنگی مناطق مختلف جغرافیایی ایران جمعآوری و برای آلودگی باکولوویروسیHelicoverpa armigera Single nucleopolyhedrovirus (HearSNPV) با روش بهینهسازی شده بر اساس سدیم دودسیل سولفات برای استخراج OBs، بررسی شدند. واکنش زنجیرهای پلیمراز (PCR) با استفاده از دو جفت آغازگر اختصاصی (Polh-a, Polh-b) طراحی شده بر اساس ناحیه حفاظت شده ژن پلیهدرین(Polh) برای 26 جدایه ثبت شده از ویروس Hear/H. zea-SNPV انجام یافت. آلودگی به HearSNPVبا تکثیر باندهای مونومورفیک 370 و 790 نوکلئوتیدی در 28 لارو تایید شد. همسانهسازی و تعیین توالی نوکلئوتیدی باندهای تکثیر شده، تعلق آنها به ژن Polhویروس چندوجهیهستهای گونههایarmigera H. و H. zea با شباهت بیش از 6/99 درصد را نشان داد. تجزیه و تحلیل تبارزایی جدایههای ایرانی HearSNPV همراه با سایر جدایههای ثبت شده از این ویروس در دنیا، جدایههای ایرانی را در گروه II آلفاباکولوویروسها طبقهبندی و کارایی بیشتر روش توسعه داده شده را اثبات کرد. پژوهش حاضر اولین گزارش از معرفی و شناسایی مولکولی جدایههای ایرانی HearSNPV با به کارگیری تکنینک PCR و DNA ویروس از لاروهای با هویت نامشخص بیمارگر، میباشد. با توجه به حصول اطمینان از موثر و مفید بودن این روش در غربالگری سریع لاروهای حشرات از نظر آلودگی به این ویروس و بررسی تبارزایش، بهرهمندی از آن در پژوهشهای آتی توصیه میگردد.

اثر تاریخ کاشت و رقم بر تراکم و خسارت کرم پیلهخوار نخود Heliothis viriplaca Hufnagel (Lep.: Noctuidae) در منطقه بوکان، استان آذربایجان غربی
به منظور بررسی تأثیر رقم زراعی و زمانهای مختلف کاشت در کنترل کرم پیلهخوار نخود، Heliothis viriplaca Hufnagel، آزمایشی بهصورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در مزرعهای واقع در شهرستان بوکان در سال زراعی 1396-1397 اجرا گردید. فاکتور اول، ارقام نخود شامل عادل، گریت، جم، ازکان و منصور و فاکتور دوم سه زمان کاشت در 29 اسفند، 15 و 31 فروردین بود. نتایج تجزیه واریانس دادهها نشان داد بین ارقام مختلف و زمانهای مختلف کاشت در مورد تمام صفات مورد بررسی اختلاف معنیدار وجود داشت ( 01/0< P). همچنین در مورد تمام صفات مورد بررسی به غیر از وزن صد دانه، اثر متقابل رقم در زمان کاشت معنیدار بود (05/0< P). بالاترین تعداد کل غلاف در بوته (57/0±66/17 غلاف)، تعداد غلاف آفتزده (44/1±11/5 غلاف در بوته)، تعداد دانه آفت زده (97/0±01/3 دانه در بوته)، وزن صد دانه (31/2±27/41 گرم)، عملکرد ماده خشک (52/19±6/2872 کیلوگرم در هکتار)، عملکرد دانه (69/131±0/1915 کیلوگرم در هکتار) در زمان کشت 29 اسفند در رقم عادل دیده شد. بالاترین تعداد لارو در هر بوته (22/0±20/1 عدد در بوته) و میزان آفتزدگی (17/4±90/48 درصد) به زمان کشت 29 اسفند و رقم جم اختصاص داشت. در بررسی اثر متقابل رقم در زمان کاشت، کمترین تعداد لارو، تعداد غلاف آلوده در بوته و درصد آفتزدگی و تعداد دانه آلوده در رقم عادل در زمان 31 فروردین و بالاترین تعداد غلاف در بوته، عملکرد ماده خشک عملکرد دانه در رقم عادل کاشته شده در زمان 29 اسفند مشاهده شد.

کاهش برازندگی شبپره مینوز گوجهفرنگی با القای تغییرات سیستمیک در شاخسار هورمون پاشیشده گیاه ناشی از برهمکنشهای رقم و هورمون
هورمونهای گیاهی از ترکیباتی هستند که به دنبال حمله گیاهخواران افزایش یافته و توانایی دفاعی گیاه را بالا میبرند. ایده کاربرد خارجی هورمون روی محصولات گیاهی به منظور القای مقاومت نسبت به حشرات گیاهخوار با بررسی واکنشهای رفتاری و فیزیولوژیک شبپره مینوز گوجهفرنگی، Tuta absoluta (Lepidoptera: Gelechiidae) روی سه رقم گوجهفرنگی شامل دهقان، فلات-111 و موبیل در پاسخ به تیمارهای هورمونی اسید جاسمونیک و اسید سالیسیلیک با اندازهگیری ترجیح تخمگذاری حشرات ماده، زندهمانی و مدت نمو هر یک از مراحل نارس و مقدار کربوهیدراتها و فنلهای محلول در برگها مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. ترجیح تخمگذاری افراد ماده و مدت تکوین جنین روی رقم حساس فلات-111 به طور قابل ملاحظهای در واحدهای آزمایشی اسید جاسمونیک به ترتیب کاهش و افزایش یافتند. نرخ نمو لارو بیشترین واکنش را نسبت به تیمارهای هورمونی در رقم نیمه مقاوم دهقان از خود نشان داد. زندهمانی و نرخ نمو شفیرهها نیز به طور قابل توجهی تحت تاثیر تیمارهای اسید جاسمونیک روی هر سه رقم کاهش یافت. با وجود (علیرغم) تفاوتهای معنیدار در غلظت کربوهیدراتها و فنلهای محلول برگ ارقام گوجهفرنگی بین واحدهای آزمایشی شاهد و هورمونپاشیشده و همچنین با وجود همبستگی مثبت معنیدار بین تغییرات غلظت کربوهیدراتها و فنلها در واحدهای آزمایشی، همبستگی معناداری بین محتویات گیاهی اندازهگیریشده و متغیرهای زیستی شبپره مینوز گوجهفرنگی مشاهده نشد. نتایج نشان داد که هورمونهای مذکور در تلفیق با ارقام مناسب گیاهی میتوانند برای ایجاد تغییرات رفتاری و فیزیولوژیک در این آفت مورد استفاده قرار گیرند.

ایدیومورفهای تیپ آمیزشی و وضعیت باروری جنسی جدایههای Fusarium proliferatum حاصل از برخی اکوسیستمهای آبی
در این تحقیق برای شناسایی ایدیومورف های تیپ آمیزشی و باروری جنسی، از برخی رودخانهها، دریاچهها، تالابها و سدهای واقع در 10 استان (آذربایجانشرقی، البرز، بوشهر، خراسان جنوبی، خوزستان، فارس، کردستان، گیلان، لرستان و مازندران) نمونه برداری شد. در هر محل، نمونه ها از سه بستر آب، رسوبات و کف (حبابهای ریز روی آب) اخذ شدند. برای جداسازی جدایهها از محیطکشت آب-آگار حاوی آنتیبیوتیک و دمای 25 درجه سلسیوس و نور متناوب و محیطکشت پپتون پی سی ان بی آگار حاوی آنتیبیوتیک استفاده شد. تعداد 51 جدایه از F. proliferatum به دست آمد. شناسایی ریختشناختی روی محیط کشتهای برگ میخک-آگار، سیبزمینی-دکستروز-آگار و SNA انجام گرفت. سپس جدایهها با استفاده از آغازگرهای اختصاصی گونه شناسایی شدند. برای تعیین ایدیومورفهای تیپ آمیزشی از آغازگرهای طراحی شده بر اساس جایگاههای ژنی MAT در آزمون multiplex PCR استفاده شد. از 51 جدایه، تیپ آمیزشی 28 جدایه (9/54 درصد) از نوع MAT-1 و 23 جدایه (1/45 درصد) از نوع MAT-2 تشخیص داده شد. به منظور بررسی وضعیت باروری جنسی، جدایه-های یک تیپ آمیزشی با تمام جدایههای تیپ آمیزشی مخالف روی محیطکشت هویج-آگار تلاقی داده شدند. در مجموع 1288 تلاقی بین جدایهها انجام گرفت. در نتیجه، در 102 تلاقی پریتسیومهای بارور مشاهده شدند که آسکوسپورهای تولید شده در آنها 70 تا 80 درصد قابلیت جوانهزنی داشتند. پریتسیومها در تلاقیهای چهار جدایه ماده بارور با جدایههای تیپ آمیزشی مخالف تولید شدند. فراوانی ایدیومورفهای تیپ آمیزشی و وضعیت باروری جنسی جدایههای مورد بررسی، تایید کننده احتمال وقوع تولیدمثل جنسی بین جدایههای این گونه در اکوسیستم های آبی میباشد.

رقابت و همپوشانی جمعیت شب پره های Ephestia kuehniella و Plodia interpunctella در شرایط تغذیه از میوه خرما
گونههای شب پره Plodia interpunctella و Ephestia kuehniella در انبارهای مواد غذایی از جمله خرما یافت میشوند. هدف از این پژوهش تعیین میزان رقابت و همپوشانی شبپرههای آفت انباری خرما بود. برای انجام آزمایشها سه جعبهی شیشهای با ابعاد 40×50×50 سانتیمتر طراحی شد. روی بدنه جعبهها 9 سوراخ تعبیه شده که برای نمونه برداری ها مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. تغییرات جمعیت دو گونه در شرایط تغذیه از خرما در طول 24 هفته و با فواصل زمانی هر هفته یکبار بررسی شد. از مدلهای سری زمانی برای مطالعه جمعیت دوگونه و معادله رشد لجستیک برای برآورد اثر تراکم یک گونه بر گونه دیگر مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که ظرفیت محیطی E. kuehniella و P. interpunctella به ترتیب معادل 2430 و 1610 و نرخ رشد جمعیت (r) به ترتیب معادل 2/1 و 3/1 بود. از هفته اول تا سوم حد تعادل جمعیت دو گونه نزدیک به هم بود. در هفته چهارم منجر به کاهش جمعیت شب پره E. kuehniella شد. بالاترین حد تعادل جمعیت دو گونه در هفته سیزدهم بود. پتانسیل آشیان بومشناختی قابل بهره برداری (eij) و مقدار آشیان بومشناختی بهره برداری نشده توسط هر گونه (zij) برای E. kuehniella از هفته هشتم تا انتهای دوره نمونهبرداری بالاتر از P. interpunctella بود. میزان همپوشانی آشیانهای بوم شناختی دو گونه(D) بین 1-97/0 متغیر بود که نشان دهنده همپوشانی کامل فعالیت زمانی جمعیت دو گونه شبپره بود. نتایج این پژوهش در کنار سایر مطالعات بومشناسی جامعه حشرات آفات انباری خرما میتواند مورد استفاده متخصصین مدیریت تلفیقی آفات قرارگیرد.

تخمین آستانهی پایین دمای رشدونمو و نیاز گرمایی جمعیتهای کرم سیب مستقر در استانهای تهران، آذربایجان غربی و اصفهان
کرم سیب، Cydia pomonella (Linnaeus)، مهمترین آفت باغات سیب ایران است. بکارگیری روشهای نوین پیش آگاهی به منظور کنترل موفقیت آمیز این آفت ضروری است. مدلهای پیشآگاهی فنولوژیک، اساساً بر مبنای فنولوژی تابع دمای آفات تهیه میشوند. به منظور ارائه و بکارگیری یک مدل پیش آگاهی با کارایی و دقت بالا، برآورد مهمترین شاخصهای اکوفیزیولوژیک آفات ضروری است. بر این اساس، در پژوهش حاضر روند رشد و نمو تابع دمای جمعیتهای کرم سیب مستقر در استانهای تهران، آذربایجان غربی و اصفهان بررسی و مهمترین شاخصهای دمایی رشد و نمو آنها با استفاده از مدل خطی روز-درجه برآورد شد. نتایج بدست آمده، تفاوت بین مقادیر برآورد شده برای هر یک از شاخصهای دمایی مورد بررسی در جمعیتهای مورد مطالعه را نشان داد. آستانهی پایین دمای رشد و نمو کل دورهی نابالغ جمعیتهای کرم سیب در استانهای تهران، آذربایجان غربی و اصفهان به ترتیب 32/8، 19/8 و 85/9 درجهی سلسیوس تخمین زده شد. همینطور نیاز گرمایی کل دورهی رشد و نمو جمعیتهای کرم سیب مورد بررسی به ترتیب 74/622، 20/633 و 84/695 روز-درجهی سلسیوس بود. نتایج این پژوهش وجود تفاوت در سازگاریهای دمایی جمعیتهای مختلف کرم سیب مستقر در مناطق مختلف کشور را نشان داد. دستیابی به این اطلاعات به منظور تهیهی مدل پیش آگاهی دقیق بر مبنای نیاز گرمایی (روز-درجه یا ساعت-درجه) آفات کلیدی ضروری است.

اثرات باکتری Bacillus velezensis UTB96 در کاهش توکسین زرالنون ناشی از قارچ Fusarium graminearum جدا شده از گندم
گندم در معرض آلودگی به بیمارگرهای قارچی و مایکوتوکسینهای تولیدی آنها قرار دارد. در این بین، توکسین استروژنیک زرالنون یکی از معروفترین توکسینهایی است که توسط قارچ عامل بیماری بلایت فوزاریومی سنبله گندم (گونهFusarium graminearum) در گندم تولید میشود. آلوده شدن گندم و محصولات غذایی بدست آمده از آن به زرالنون و خطرات ناشی از آن برای سلامت انسان و دام سبب شده است تمهیدات مختلف فیزیکی، شیمیایی و بیولوژیکی برای کاهش میزان آلودگی به این توکسین اتخاذ شود. جدایه F. graminearum تهیه شده از کلکسیون آزمایشگاه بخش تحقیقات غلات موسسه تحقیقات اصلاح و تهیه نهال و بذر به منظور انجام این پژوهش استفاده شد. بر اساس روش کروماتوگرافی مایع با کارایی بالا (HPLC)، جدایه F. graminearum مورد بررسی توانایی تولید توکسین زرالنون را دارا بود. نتایج آزمایشات بیوکنترلی و کشت متقابل قارچ F. graminearum و جدایه باکتری Bacillus velezensis UTB96 نشان داد که این جدایه از باکتری منجر به کنترل رشد قارچ تا 40 درصد میگردد. همچنین، ترکیبات خارج سلولی بدست آمده از این جدایه باکتری توانایی کنترل قارچ را تا 5/54 درصد داشت. بعلاوه، این باکتری توانایی کاهش زرالنون تا 79 درصد را دارا بود. برعکس، جدایه باکتری Bacillus subtilis UTB1 در کاهش میزان زرالنون در شرایط آزمایشگاه در سطح یک درصد تفاوت معنی داری نشان نداد. با توجه به نتایج بدست آمده از این تحقیق، جدایه باکتری Bacillus velezensis UTB96 توانایی کنترل قارچ عامل بلایت فوزاریومی سنبله گندم و همچنین کاهش میزان توکسین زرالنون را دارا میباشد، لذا میتواند بعنوان عامل بیوکنترل مورد بررسی بیشتر قرار گیرد.

برهمکنش نماتد سیستی Heterodera glycines و قارچ عامل پوسیدگی ذغالی (Macrophomina phaselolina) در ارقام حساس و مقاوم سویا به نماتد
برهمکنش نماتد سیستی سویا Heterodera glycines و قارچ Macrophomina phaselolina عامل پوسیدگی ذغالی سویا روی ارقام حساس جیکا و ویلیامز و رقم مقاوم کتول در شرایط گلخانه مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. تیمارها با استفاده از آزمون فاکتوریل با دو فاکتور تیمار و رقم، با شش تیمار مایهزنی شامل گیاه سالم، نماتد به تنهایی، قارچ به تنهایی، مایهزنی اولیه با قارچ و دو هفته بعد با نماتد، مایهزنی اولیه با نماتد و دو هفته بعد با قارچ و مایهزنی همزمان قارچ و نماتد ارزیابی شدند. آزمون با سه سطح رقم، در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با پنج تکرار اجرا گردید. گیاهچهها در مرحله دو برگی با بیست عدد تخم و لارو سن دوم نماتد در هرگرم خاک، دو میلیلیتر از سوسپانسیون اسپور به ازای هر بوته مایهزنی شدند. گیاهچههای مایهزنی شده، در شرایط گلخانه و در دمای 25 تا 27 درجه سلسیوس نگهداری شدند. پس از گذشت پنج ماه، فاکتورهای رشدی، عملکرد گیاه، شدت بیماری و نرخ تکثیر نماتد مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. در رقم مقاوم کتول، شدت بیماری پوسیدگی ذغالی در تیمارهای متفاوت اختلاف معنی دار نشان نداد و اثر متقابل بین دو عامل وجود نداشت. در رقم حساس جیکا نیز شدت بیماری در تیمارهای یکسان بود و تکثیر در همه تیمارهای اتفاق افتاد ولی متأثر از تیمار قارچی نبود. در تیمار قارچ سپس نماتد، در رقم ویلیامز شدت بیماری پوسیدگی تفاوت معنیداری با سایر تیمارها داشت به طوری که میتوان بیان کرد اثر متقابل قارچ و نماتد وجود داشت ولی تکثیر نماتد تحت تاثیر تیمارهای قارچی قرار نگرفت.

در این تحقیق اثر پلی آمین اسپرمیدین در القا مقاومت گیاه گوجه فرنگی به این بیماری پژمردگی فوزاریمی ناشی از قارچ Fusarium oxysporum fsp. lycopercisi در دو رقم حساس کاپیتان و متحل ترمه گوجه فرنگی مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. بدین منظور یک طرح فاکتوریل بر پایه طرح بلوک های کاملاً تصادفی در شرایط گلخانه انجام گردید. محلول اسپرمیدین با غلظتهای 1 و 1/0 میلی مولار با روش مه پاشی گیاهان آلوده به بیماری و سالم در مرحله چهار برگی مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. نمونه برداری در دو بازه زمانی ( 48 و 72 ساعت) بعد از آلودگی انجام گرفت. میزان چند آنزیم آنتی اکسیدانی و همچنین بیان تعدادی از فاکتورهای نسخه برداری مرتبط با بیماری زایی (npr1, eds1, pds) به ترتیب با روش طیف سنجی و بیان ژن در زمان واقعی اندازه گیری شدند. نتایج نشان داد که تقریباً بیشترین میزان فعالیت آنزیمی مرتبط با گیاهان گوجه فرنگی آلوده با تیمار 1 میلی مولار اسپرمیدین بعد از 72 ساعت از بیماری زایی به وسیله قارچ fusarium oxysporum fsp. lycopercisi می باشد. آنالیز بیان ژن نشان داد که تمام ژن های مورد بررسی در گیاهان بیمار، تحت تاثیر کاربرد اسپرمیدین قرار گرفته اند. بیشترین و کمترین میزان بیان به ترتیب مربوط به ژن های npr1 و pds بود. بر اساس این نتایج ما پیشنهاد می کنیم که کاربرد خارجی اسپرمیدین با غلظت مناسب در گیاهان تحت تنش می تواند شرایط رشدی گیاه را بهبود بخشیده که این امر می تواند منجر به مقاومت گیاهان به حمله بیمارگر شود.
