Throughout the study, the population densities of T. urticae and Orius minutus L. were<br />assessed on six cultivars of potato crop under field conditions during years 2011 and 2012.<br />Also, the attraction rate and the body size of O. minutus were studied on six cultivars of potato<br />infested with T. urticae under laboratory conditions. The lowest mite density (71.1 prey/plant)<br />and the highest predator population (3.3 predator/plant) were recorded for Savalan. After 24,<br />48 and 72 hours past from release, the predators were significantly more attracted to twospotted<br />spider mite-infested leaves of Savalan (as compared with the other tested cultivars).<br />The female predators reared on the two-spotted spider mite-infested leaves of Savalan cultivar<br />were of higher body mass and greater body sizes among the six tested cultivars of the potato<br />crop. The prey consumption per O. minutus nymphs on Savalan was significantly higher than<br />that occurring on Kondor and Diamant cultivars. Therefore, it can be concluded that cultivation<br />of Savalan potato cultivar integrated with O. minutusas as a biological control agent could be<br />practically useful in the integrated management of T. urticae in the potato fields of Ardabil. کنۀ دولکه‌ای <em>Tetranychus urticae </em>Koch، یکی از آفات سیب‌زمینی در منطقۀ اردبیل است. در پژوهش حاضر، تراکم جمعیت کنۀ دولکه‌ای و سن شکارگر <em>Orius minutus</em> L. روی شش رقم سیب‌زمینی در شرایط مزرعه‌ای و در دو سال 1390 و 1391 مطالعه شد. همچنین، میزان جلب‌شوندگی و جثۀ بدن سن شکارگر روی شش رقم سیب‌زمینی آلوده به کنۀ دولکه‌ای در شرایط آزمایشگاهی نیز بررسی شد. کمترین تراکم جمعیت کنۀ دولکه‌ای 1/71 شکار به ازای یک گیاه، و بیشترین تراکم سن شکارگر 3/3 شکارگر به ازای یک گیاه روی رقم Savalanمشاهده گردید. پس از گذشت 24، 48 و 72 ساعت از رهاسازی، ماده ‌‌سن‌های شکارگر روی برگ‌های رقم Savalan آلوده به کنۀ دولکه‌ای در مقایسه با دیگر رقم‌ها بیشتر جلب شدند. ماده‌های شکارگر پرورش‌یافته روی برگ‌های رقم Savalan آلوده به کنۀ دولکه‌ای وزن بدن بیشتر و جثۀ بزرگ‌تری را در بین شش رقم مورد مطالعه داشتند. تعداد کنۀ خورده‌شده به ازای یک پورۀ سن شکارگر روی رقم Savalan به‌طور معنی‌داری بیشتر از Kondor و Diamant بود. بنابراین، می‌توان نتیجه‌ گرفت که کشت رقم Savalan در تلفیق با کاربرد سن شکارگر <em>O. minutus</em> می‌تواند در مدیریت تلفیقی کنۀ دولکه‌ای در مزارع سیب‌زمینی مفید باشد. https://ijpps.ut.ac.ir/article_36670_0fd0233ea8f93dc84bef4f6b1d4799f3.pdf
