Abstract

Biological control of planrt disease usinf ohytohormenes and secondry metabolit is goal of sustainable agriculture. In this research the effects of Resveratrol drug on reduce resistance in tow tomato cultivar against fusarium wilting disease in greenhouse condition was investigated. Comercial captain and Termeh cultivars and Fusrium oxysporum fsp. lycopersici isolate were used in randomized block design with four repetition. The plantles were sprayed with 100 and 150 µM concentration of Resveratrol drug tow times at at 4-6 leaf stage. Some of the yield components and also the change of some defense enzymes activity such as catalase, Prixidase, polyphenoloxidase and total phenol and some genes involve in plant resistance in response to this drug were measured. The results showed a significant different of growth parameters between all treatments in compared to control especially at 150 µM concentration of resveratrol. But the highest rate change of enzyme activity was observed in infected Termeh cultivar. The high expression gene was concerned to Npr1 in Captian cultivar. The results of this research show that resveratrol drug could be used as a resistance inducer to disease stress. Althout in compare to other resistance inducer as salicylic acid and jasmonic acid in plant pathology has less efficiency
