Abstract
In this study, the effect of two fungi agents and a strigolacton phytohormone on induce resistance of tomato cultivars infected with fusarium wilting disease was investigated. In this greenhouse experimental, two Captain and 4129 tomatoes cultivars and Trichoderma reese, Rizophagus irregularis species and GR24 phytohormone (106µM) were used. For this purpose, a factorial experiment was used in a completely randomized design with three replications in three times period after inoculation (7, 15, 35 days and 0 as control) and change of some growth traits and change in some resistance genes using Real- tim PCR method was investigated. Data analysis showed that the highest with different values for both cultivars occurred during 35 days after inoculation. The results of growth traits assay showed the highest effect on measured traits was related to combined fungi and strigolactone treatments (P < 0.05) on specially on root weight and volume. Gene expression analysis showed that the highest and lowest change rate for each three gene was concerned to combined treatments and Catalase and beta-gluconase genes, respectively. Based on these results it could be conclude that application of biological control agents combined is able to increase induce resistance in infected plants, reduce disease severity a
